When I then added a new user account standard , the internet worked, but the time limits did not. The time limits do not work on this account. It is being monitored, and the other two child accounts that are on the computer do have time limits working. The ONLY difference I am seeing between the ones that work and the one that doesn't is the working accounts say "Standard user - Parental Controls On" and the one that doesn't says "Standard User" only.
