Urban fire entrepreneurship program

It is a lively three-hour weekly program that has gained national recognition, imitation and won the National Excellence Award for urban economic development.

Two orientations are scheduled for Saturday, April 1st and April 8 th at the school site, Union Street at the corner of 10 th in West Oakland. It doesn't matter if you're a new business owner, an employee or a gigster; the Rules of Work are changing, forming and blending — all linking to the inertia of entrepreneurship.

Three years from now, jobs and industries sitting on a table in a coffee shop today will be searching for partners and applicants. The first responders will be those with the speedy flexibility and knowledge of entrepreneurs and gigsters.
